For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any related policies published by zs222:

By accessing the zs222 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by zs222, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the zs222 platform and close your account by contacting zs222 support via live chat.

zs222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

3.1 Age Requirement

The zs222 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. zs222 enforces this requirement through CNIC-based identity verification and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the zs222 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a zs222 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, valid mobile number (JazzCash or EasyPaisa linked), and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the zs222 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing zs222 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited. zs222 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where the platform is specifically restricted.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your zs222 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on interbank processing times. Crypto deposits are subject to network confirmation times.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits made using cards or accounts belonging to another person — including a family member — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the zs222 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a Player transacts in a different currency (e.g., Crypto), the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. zs222 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Withdrawal requests on the zs222 platform are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification cannot withdraw funds.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

For verified accounts, zs222 aims to approve and process withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network confirmation requirements.

6.2 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, zs222 may request alternative verified payment details from the Player before processing.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the zs222 cashier section. zs222 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments where required by its internal procedures. Players will be notified in such cases.

6.4 Right to Request Additional Documentation

zs222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced source of funds verification, where this is required by the platform's internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

zs222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a zs222 account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met in full, Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on zs222 carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the Player's account automatically. No extensions will be granted except at the sole discretion of zs222.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

zs222 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing contradictory bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (known as "hedging" or "arbitrage"), and using automated software to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, zs222 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

7.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% — or zero — towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs222 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following behaviours will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed with all associated funds forfeited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the zs222 platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or meet wagering requirements.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the zs222 platform or game software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or compromise the zs222 platform's technical infrastructure.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or instructing another person to do so.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards zs222 staff or other users.

All content on the zs222 platform — including but not limited to the zs222 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of zs222 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zs222 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player any ownership right, title, or interest in any zs222 intellectual property.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of zs222 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs222 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the zs222 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor delays or failures.
• Any losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or civil unrest.

zs222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the relevant Player's account balance at the time the claim arises.

12.1 Closure by the Player

Any Player may request the closure of their zs222 account at any time by contacting zs222 live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by zs222

zs222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming arrangement.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. zs222 will notify the Player via their registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a new deposit.

13.1 Available Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of between 1 and 30 days.
